84" Diameter Blade - A Powerful Innovation!
We possess what is perhaps the largest blade ever mounted on a concrete saw - 84" diameter capable of cutting 38" deep. This powerful blade was put to use when Graff was subcontracted by Bot Construction on a bridge replacement project over live CN tracks. Breaking the structure was out of the question due to train traffic below. Instead, the entire bridge was sawcut into sections and lifted out by a 300 ton crane. Over 1000 feet of sawcutting a 38" thick concrete bridge deck was completed in just over two weeks. Graff's 90 horsepower ride-on saw was specially modified to accept the large diameter blade. Just another example of how Team Graff uses innovation to overcome challenges.

Slurry Vac - We Complete the Job and Leave Nothing Behind!
At Graff, we recognize that more and more often, the disposal of slurry on site is prohibited. In response to this, Graff's new powerful Slurry Vac makes short work of removing large volumes of slurry off the job for transport back to our yard. Another way that Team Graff meets and exceeds the demands of our customers.

Team Graff has recently completed an interesting wire sawing project
A new manufacturing process at a local drug maker required a seven foot diameter hole through their 10" thick mezzanine slab to allow for the installation of a stainless steel pressure tank. It was vital to the owner that this hole be cut accurately with no "overcutting" of the slab. Team Graff was hired to cut the hole in the shape of a perfect circle.
Charlie Sultana, Graff's Equipment Manager designed and built a unique circular cutting attachment for the company's existing wiresaw equipment. The diamond wire was fed through the attachment and centred on the cut line, to quietly and effortlessly cut the slab along the seven foot perimeter. Graff's Wire Saw Operator, Kevin Richards and his team completed the seven foot round hole in only three days. With very little room for error, the tank fit into the new hole perfectly thus creating a snug fit around the entire perimeter. Team Graff is now equipped to cut any size circle, without jackhammers, overcuts or repour of the slabs.
