Contracting

Our quickly expanding demolition division offers a range of services from stripping out drywall and carpet to the removal and disposal of structural components. We have already been involved in a number of high profile projects like Sears and Coca Cola and are continuously adding to our equipment inventory to better serve our clients. Our highly trained team of professionals approaches each demolition project with precision, efficiency and safety as a number one priority.

We encompass all aspects of demolition in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors of the construction industry, with a focus on two main types of demolition:

Selective Structure: Includes removals such as parking garage slabs, precast floors and walls, hydraulic ho-ram work including excavating and replacing of sub base, and mass concrete removals including bank vaults, machine pits etc.

Soft Demolition: Includes complete "strip outs" of interior finishes such as carpet, drywall, ceiling tiles, mechanical, electrical and process equipment.

Our jobs will often include a combination of these services along with a component of concrete wall or slab cutting. Just another example of how Team Graff strives to offer our customers a complete solution.
